Today Grayson crawled for the first time which was about three or four crawls! We are so excited about this milestone! In the past week Grayson when he does his little scoot/crawl he can go from crawling to a sitting position!
Then when I was changing his clothes to get ready for bed I checked in his mouth and he is going to be getting a tooth soon on the lower right! I should have known he chews on everything!
Jason is so proud of Corbin! Today while driving back from look at a neigborhood up in North Austin Corbin looked at me and said "horns" and he did the hook em' horns symbol! :) It was cute!
Corbin loves to sing constantly and sings the Super Why, his new favorite show, songs all the time! Today he climbed onto his toy Mickey Mouse car and said "Super One (he calls the show Super One) Power to Read." (The show is about superhero readers solving problems using reading/spelling,etc.)
I am sitting here with Corbin and he is playing with me on the couch and he is being all cute!! He is playing with his cars and having them "talk" to each other! "Are you hungry?!" "Yes I hungry!" "Oh no you crashes!? Are you fine? Yes, I fine" HEHE I love this two year old boy! :)
Grayson is 7 months old today! Wow time flies! We love you, Mr. Smiley!! That's a new nickname because this baby is SOO happy all the time! He is happy when he wakes up and he LOVES LOVES LOVES his Daddy! He always smiles when "dada" is around! ;)
Oh BTW our sweet boy has slept ALL night the past two nights in a row! So exciting!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE being able to get a full nights sleep! Thank you Grayson James!
He is getting super close to crawling and is doing a military scoot all the time and can move pretty fast across the floor! He gets up on all fours and when he tries to move immediately flops into his belly! He also LOVES cars! Oh boy, he is definitely a boy! He likes to grab Corbin's matchbox cars (much to Corbin's dismay especially if its a Prius!) or these bigger plastic tonka cars for 12 month olds. He will scoot super fast across the floor if there is a car involved!
He also LOVES to eat and can finish all his meal in one sitting which is something big brother never did! If I don't make his food fast enough he starts whining at me when he sees me making it! Then I cannot shovel it in fast enough! :) He is so cute he opens his mouth even before I am close to his mouth with the spoon, its really cute!
I need to borrow Jason's Iphone so I can take off some super cute pictures snuggling with Dada that I took at Jason's Dad's house a couple of weeks ago!
I don't usually review a bunch of products but I am in LOVE with this family and their soap! The Jonas family runs the company Goats Milk Stuff. PJ and family has been wonderful and is a joy to work with! They are a family of 10 who home school their 8 children, who are all cute as a button! I love that their family works together to create such amazing products! I love that this is an all natural product and wonderful for my two boys and our whole families skin!
Their website http://goatmilkstuff.com/ is wonderful. I have placed two orders and am awaiting my second package. I bought their Oatmeal, milk and honey soap and its amazing! Jason loves it too! The lather it creates is phenomenal! The scent is intoxicating! :) I also bought a small bag of their laundry soap which I have a load in the dryer and I am trying it out! I will have to let you know how I like this as well! They also give you three soap samples to try! I got honeysuckle because it was one of the samples and I loved it! I also have their purity soap and black raspberry (I got a sample of this and LOVED the scent) coming as well.
I think I am a goats milk soap convert and there is no turning back! No more regular store bought soap for me!!!! My next purchase is going to be a few more of their wonderful soaps to try out!

I was teasing Jason last night that I am going to have the boys use this soap until they are in high school! My babies smell so yummy! This is why I LOVE to cloth diaper, OMG I love me some FLUFFY butts, and use vinegar and baking soda to clean our home!

At the Austin Zoo for Mother's Day! Corbin loved seeing all the animals! :)
Grayson is starting to call me "Ma-ma" with meaning! Its so great! I will put him down and he will start crying "Ma-ma!!!" He doesn't do this to Jason either! The other night I put him in the pack and play in our bedroom and he said "Ma-ma" when he saw me! :)
Grayson slept through the night on Friday night. I don't know if it was just a fluke because he hasn't done it since although he had a fever Saturday and Sunday. We took him to the doctor yesterday because we wanted to make sure it wasn't from his last ear infection in which it may not have cleared fully. But his ears were clear and blood work showed no flu! So the doctor said maybe he was just trying to fight a cold.
Corbin has started calling Grayson Grace as a nickname. We put Grayson to bed last night and Corbin was with me and he "Oh Grace!" It was super cute!
We love our boys! They make us smile so much daily!
Grayson is really expressing his desires to MOVE! He is starting to get on all fours and rock all the time. He is loves being on the floor and playing with toys and spinning 360s on the floor. He lays on his tummy and spins around to look at everything around him!
Grayson also has been sleeping in his bed and putting himself to sleep recently. He only cries for a few minutes about 5 max and then he rolls over and then goes to sleep. He wakes up around 12:30 or 1:00 most nights and then I am a bad mommy and bring him in bed with me again. Its just great to be able to read a book and not worry about nursing Grayson to bed. Its good for both of us! Lets see if he keeps doing so well.
Speaking of almost... I almost have all my pre-k things sorted through for next year. I haven't officially said on here... but I am teaching pre-k next year at my school. My new principal had all PPCD and pre-k move to the kindergarten wing so that last few weeks of school were totally chaotic. I moved next to the new PPCD teacher (we still don't know who it is yet.) so I can work very closely with her and still see my students from this year and help them out (only two are staying out of my original 6, but one will need my help from the new teacher.)
I am so glad it is summer and the boys and I have been having a great time already. Corbin and I made cookies, neiman marcus bars, after his nap today! :) We are waiting for them to finish! He even got a "soccer ball" aka sucker, when he was helping me!
Cute randomness from our 2 year old! Corbin loves looking for Toyota Priuses on the road, thanks to a matchbox car my mom got him a long time ago that has always been a favorite. He finds them a lot of times when Jason and I don't even notice like yesterday in the grocery store parking lot! What happened to looking for VW bugs on road like when I was little?
